The apartment has two floors: the ground floor is the master bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, living room, and separate kitchen with dining table for five people, and sofa and armchairs for a pleasant stay.
On the second floor of this duplex is a bedroom with three single beds and a sofa, where there is access to the beautiful private terrace full of flowers and plants, with dining table for six and an area of seating for four / five people.
The apartment is bright and quiet, and is a charming place that will make your stay in Sevilla unforgettable.
The apartment is located near the historic downtown shopping and commercial district. The Guadalquivir River, the Torre del Oro, the Alkázar, the Museo de Bellas Artes, the Palace known as “La Casa de Pilatos” or “Las Dueñas”, and anything that you can visit in Sevilla is within minutes of this charming duplex.
The apartment is located just fifteen minutes by taxi from the airport, and ten minutes from Santa Justa train station. Ask us the prices of taxis.
You can also reach the apartment on the airport bus and walk a few minutes to the apartment, from the last stop in the center of Seville. The name of this Bus Stop is Torre del Oro.
For your daily life in the apartment, you can find supermarkets very close, pharmacies, banks, etc. We recommend a supermarket of a great quality inside the large warehouse “El Corte Inglés” (Calle San Pablo).
If you need to leave your car you must let us know and we can reserve a parking space for you. Ask us the price of the parking.

When we were first booking this place, we saw a place with a beautiful roofdeck terrance and we thought to ourselves…”what’s the catch?” We worried about that until the very moment we stepped in the door – there is no catch! This place is just simply incredible. Plenty of space, comfy beds, all the amenities you’ll need, great location, and most of all, AMAZING roofdeck terrace. I can’t recommend this place enough. And Maria treated us like adults, got us started quickly and we didn’t see her until we happened to coincidentally run into her the day before we checked out (she has a few apartments she rents in the same building). Highly highly recommend a stay here.
