The apartment is located in the historical and commercial center of Seville in an old Andalusian Palace renovated and adapted to housing. However, it is quiet and quiet.
All establishments in the commercial area of Seville (Calle Sierpes, Tetuan, Francos, Plaza Nueva) are very close to this unique residence.
You can explore on foot the city without public transportation. The Guadalquivir River, the Torre del Oro, the Alcázar, the Museum of Fine Arts, Los Palacios known as “La Casa de Pilatos” or “Las Dueñas”, and anything you can visit in Seville is just minutes from the apartment.

For your daily life in the apartment, you can find supermarkets very close, pharmacies, banks, etc. We recommend a supermarket of a great quality inside the large warehouse “El Corte Inglés” (Calle San Pablo).

Ubicado en una zona privilegiada en el centro de Sevilla, muy cerca de la Giralda. Amplio, limpio y soleado. Todas las mañanas desayunando en la amplia terraza. Muy satisfechos de esta primera experiencia.
Great apartment – and so central to all the sites. You just have to walk out the door and you are right there!! Fabulous roof terrace with good views of the cathedral – a very spacious and well equipped apartment.

The apartment is in an ideal location for exploring historic Sevilla. So close to the cathedral and other sights. I loved hearing the bells. Maria was great – timely and helpful. Definitely would stay here again!
