From the time the reservation is made and before arrival, we send guests a map of the city, get tickets for shows, as well as other arrangements.

We like to add a personal touch when welcoming guests by greeting them in person, explaining how to operate the facilities in the apartment, orienting them in the city and telling them about tourist attractions and services, giving recommendations, etc. A good review from a satisfied guest is fundamental for obtaining new reservations. New clients choose apartments that have good reviews.

We are available 24 hours to assist guests with any problems with the apartment or to answer any questions.

We notify property owners of the amount for each rental as they occur, then make final monthly payments from which we deduct our management fees.
